Description

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni or preferred toppings

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients on your countertop, creating a clear workspace.
  2. Combine the cottage cheese, eggs, and marinara sauce in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
  3. Fold in the shredded mozzarella, oregano, garlic powder, and basil until evenly distributed.
  4. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Grease your pie pan or oven-safe skillet with olive oil.
