Description

A delightful, creamy fruit salad that combines mandarin oranges, pineapple, cherries, and mini marshmallows for a refreshing treat, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 cup maraschino cherries, drained
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
  • 1 cup shredded coconut (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, gently mix the drained mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, maraschino cherries, and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
  2. In another bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Carefully fold the whipped cream into your fruit mixture.
  4. If using, fold in shredded coconut and nuts.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
