Description

A delightful Baked Cajun Salmon with a creamy avocado lime sauce, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Mash the avocado in a bowl and mix with lime juice, Greek yogurt, and salt until creamy.
  6. Remove the salmon from the oven and plate each fillet.
  7. Top with the creamy avocado lime sauce and garnish with cilantro.

Notes

Can prepare the avocado lime sauce a few hours in advance and refrigerate it.
