Description

Delicious baked Italian sub sandwiches filled with savory meats, cheeses, and fresh vegetables, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of Italian bread
  • 8 ounces of salami
  • 8 ounces of ham
  • 8 ounces of pepperoni
  • 8 ounces of provolone cheese
  • 1 cup of shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 cup of sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup of Italian dressing
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Italian bread in half lengthwise.
  3. Layer the salami, ham, pepperoni, and provolone cheese on the bottom half of the bread.
  4. Add the shredded lettuce, tomato slices, and black olives on top of the cheese.
  5. Drizzle the Italian dressing over the toppings.
  6. Sprinkle oregano over the top.
  7. Place the top half of the bread back on and wrap the sandwich in aluminum foil.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasted.
  9. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
