Deliciously crispy chaffles filled with savory ham and melted cheese, perfect for brunch or any meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (freshly grated)
  • 2 large Eggs (whisked)
  • 1 cup Ham (diced)
  • 1 pinch Salt (optional)
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until airy and frothy.
  3. Add the cheddar cheese, diced ham, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture and stir gently to combine.
  4. Pour a generous portion of the mixture onto the hot waffle maker and spread it out slightly.
  5. Close the lid and cook for 3-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Carefully remove the chaffle using a spatula and allow it to cool slightly before serving. Repeat with the remaining batter.

Notes

For the best flavor, use freshly grated cheese. You can also meal prep the mixture ahead of time.
