- Heat the Milk: Pour 1 cup of whole milk into a medium saucepan over medium heat. Warm it gently until it reaches boiling point, stirring occasionally to avoid scorching.
- Add Sugar and Salt: Once steaming, incorporate ½ cup of sugar and ¼ teaspoon of salt. Stir until completely dissolved.
- Mix in Cream and Flavors: Remove from heat and blend in 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 3 teaspoons vanilla pudding mix, 1 teaspoon raspberry extract (or muddled raspberries), and 1 teaspoon lemon extract. Mix thoroughly.
- Achieve Blue Perfection: Add the ½ teaspoon blue food coloring, stirring until you reach the desired vibrant hue.
- Chill the Mixture: Transfer to a deep mixing bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until chilled (at least 2 hours or overnight).
