Description

Blueberry Overnight Oats are a nutritious and delicious breakfast option that can be prepared in advance for a quick and easy meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or jar, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  2. Stir in the fresh blueberries.
  3. If using, add the Greek yogurt and mix well.
  4. Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate overnight.
  5. In the morning, give the oats a good stir and enjoy cold or warmed up.
