Instructions
- In a bowl or jar, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Stir in the fresh blueberries.
- If using, add the Greek yogurt and mix well.
- Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, give the oats a good stir and enjoy cold or warmed up.

- Feel free to substitute blueberries with other fruits like strawberries or bananas.
