Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.
- Crack the eggs into the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until desired doneness.
- Toast the bread slices in a toaster or on a skillet.
- Assemble the sandwich by placing a slice of cheese on the bottom slice of bread, followed by the cooked egg, bacon or sausage, avocado, and spinach.
- Top with another slice of bread and serve warm.
