Description

Delightful crispy bombs filled with a spicy buffalo chicken mixture, gooey mozzarella cheese, and crunchy bacon, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking sheet generously with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. Mix in a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, crumbled bacon, and mozzarella cheese. Stir until all ingredients meld together in a spicy, cheesy mixture.
  3. Prepare the dough. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into 3-inch squares.
  4. Fill and fold. Place a tablespoon of the chicken mixture in the center of each square. Gently fold the dough over the mixture, pinching to seal the edges tightly.
