Description

Delightfully fluffy and low-carb cheese egg cloud bread, perfect for keto diets while providing a savory and airy experience.


Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cream of Tartar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate the egg whites from the yolks carefully, ensuring no yolk gets into the whites.
  3. Beat the egg whites with the cream of tartar until stiff peaks form, about 3–5 minutes.
  4. Mix the cream cheese, egg yolks, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
  5. Fold the egg whites into the cream cheese mixture gently with a spatula.
  6. Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet to form cloud shapes.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
