- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Olive oil for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, and garlic powder until well mixed.
- Lay each tortilla flat and spread the filling evenly. Roll each tortilla tightly.
- Cut each rolled tortilla into bite-sized pieces and place them cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops lightly with olive oil and bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
