Description

Delightful pinwheels filled with cream cheese, spinach, and mozzarella, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Olive oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, and garlic powder until well mixed.
  3. Lay each tortilla flat and spread the filling evenly. Roll each tortilla tightly.
  4. Cut each rolled tortilla into bite-sized pieces and place them cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Brush the tops lightly with olive oil and bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
