- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken, sliced zucchini, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle with olive oil and mix well until everything is coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.

- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
