Description

A delightful one-dish meal featuring tender chicken and soft zucchini, topped with a crunchy breadcrumb layer and gooey cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken, sliced zucchini, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and mix well until everything is coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Top with breadcrumbs and sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
