- 24 oz cream cheese (full-fat)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 8 oz dark chocolate (60-70% cocoa)
- Zest and juice of 2 large fresh oranges
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
- Create the filling: Beat the cream cheese on medium speed until smooth. Gradually mix in sugar, then add orange zest and juice.
- Melt dark chocolate and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the chocolate mixture.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Garnish before serving with melted chocolate and fresh orange slices.
