Instructions

  4. Combine broth and coconut milk: Pour in the chicken broth and coconut milk, stirring gently. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Incorporate the rice: Stir in the cooked rice, ensuring each grain is coated. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Simmer and meld flavors: Let the pot simmer for about 10 minutes.
