Description

A comforting and hearty skillet meal combining ground turkey, fresh vegetables, and a creamy ranch sauce, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Lean Ground Turkey
  • 2 cups Mixed Fresh Vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 1 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Cream
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Olive Oil for Cooking

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground turkey and cook until browned and no longer pink, about 5–7 minutes.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and cook until softened but still crunchy, about 4–5 minutes.
  5. Pour in ranch dressing and cream, mixing thoroughly until everyone is coated.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Allow the skillet to simmer for 5–7 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  8. Serve warm into bowls.

Notes

Make ahead and store in an airtight container for up to three days. For a dairy-free option, replace cream and ranch dressing with non-dairy alternatives.
