- 1 pound Ground Turkey or Chicken
- 1 cup Alfredo Sauce
- 15 ounces Ricotta Cheese
- 1 large Egg
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Dried Minced Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Dried Minced Onion
- 6 ounces Frozen Spinach
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground turkey or chicken in a large skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Season the meat with dried garlic, dried onion, and salt.
- Mix the ricotta cheese, egg, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl.
- Squeeze the thawed spinach to drain and fold it into the ricotta mixture.
- Layer Alfredo sauce, ground meat, ricotta-spinach mixture, and mozzarella in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
- Bake covered for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
- Cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For make-ahead, assemble the lasagna the night before and store in the fridge. Consider adding vegetables for extra nutrition.
