Ingredients

- 4 ripe peaches, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Combine diced peaches, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl. Stir gently and let it sit for a few minutes.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper flat. Place a spoonful of the peach mixture in the center.
- Fold the edges over the filling and roll tightly, sealing with water.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Test oil temperature.
- Cook egg rolls in the oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
Notes
Make the peach filling in advance to save time. You can also air fry or bake the rolls for a healthier alternative.
