Description

Delightful hand-held treats filled with sweet peaches and a hint of cinnamon, encased in a crispy shell.


Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine diced peaches, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl. Stir gently and let it sit for a few minutes.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper flat. Place a spoonful of the peach mixture in the center.
  3. Fold the edges over the filling and roll tightly, sealing with water.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Test oil temperature.
  5. Cook egg rolls in the oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.

Notes

Make the peach filling in advance to save time. You can also air fry or bake the rolls for a healthier alternative.
