Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fish: Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels, ensuring moisture is removed. Season generously with salt and pepper for flavor.
  2. Warm the pan: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and pour in the olive oil, letting it get hot and shimmering.
  3. Cook the fish: Place the seasoned fillets in the skillet, cooking for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden crust forms.
  4. Make the sauce: In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, and lemon juice until smooth and well combined.
  5. Add the sauce: Once the fish is cooked through, pour the mustard-lemon sauce over the fillets in the skillet, allowing it to bubble for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Serve: Remove the fish from the skillet and place it on a serving dish, optionally garnishing with fresh parsley before serving hot.
