Description

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, marinated in lemon juice, salt, and pepper
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps (whole wheat or spinach)
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in lemon juice, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill or cook the chicken over medium-high heat until fully cooked and golden brown, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.
  3. Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave until pliable.
  5. Spread tzatziki sauce generously over each tortilla.
  6. Top with sliced chicken, diced cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, and shredded lettuce.
