Description

Delightful and healthy ice pops made with fresh blueberries and creamy yogurt, perfect for a refreshing summer treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Blend the blueberries, yogurt, and honey or maple syrup until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into ice pop molds, leaving space for expansion.
  3. Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  4. Run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to release the pops.
