- 8 ounces sliced corned beef
- 1 cup drained sauerkraut
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar-free ketchup
- 2 teaspoons Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish sauce
- 1 pinch paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Portion the shredded Swiss cheese into 8 equal circles on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 6 to 8 minutes until the edges turn golden brown.
- While baking, mix mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, sugar-free ketchup, Swerve, horseradish sauce, and paprika until well combined.
- Let cheese circles cool for about 1 minute.
- Assemble by placing corned beef and sauerkraut on each cheese circle, drizzle with sauce, and fold to create roll-ups.
- Let the roll-ups rest briefly before serving.
