Instructions
- Prepare the cucumber base: Rinse the cucumber, dry it, and slice it into 16 thick rounds (about 0.5 inches).
- Mix the cream cheese filling: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, dill, lemon juice, and black pepper; mix until smooth.
- Assemble the cream cheese topping: Place about 1 teaspoon of the mixture onto each cucumber round.
- Add the smoked salmon: Fold or roll the salmon and place it atop the cream cheese.
