Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, chia seeds, and vanilla extract (if using). Stir well to mix.
- Gently fold in the diced mango pieces along with honey or maple syrup, if desired.
- Transfer the mixture to a jar or container, packing it in for a nice presentation.
- Cover the jar tightly and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- In the morning, stir the oats. Enjoy cold or warm in the microwave.
