Description

A deliciously sweet and spicy roasted cauliflower dish that combines maple syrup and sriracha for a delightful flavor experience.


Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, maple syrup, sriracha sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss until the cauliflower is well coated.
  4. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Prep your cauliflower a day before and store it in an airtight container in the fridge. This recipe is vegan-friendly and can also be made in an air fryer for a quicker result.
