- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, maple syrup, sriracha sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until the cauliflower is well coated.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
Prep your cauliflower a day before and store it in an airtight container in the fridge. This recipe is vegan-friendly and can also be made in an air fryer for a quicker result.
