- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease your baking dish with olive oil.
- Combine the chicken, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and minced garlic in a mixing bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with seasonings; mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
