Description

A delicious and easy-to-make no-bake cheesecake that is perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  6. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Remove from the springform pan and serve chilled.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can mix in fruit puree or chocolate into the filling.
  • Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
  • Top with fresh fruit or chocolate sauce before serving for decoration.
