- 24 Oreo cookies
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 12 ounces white chocolate chips
- 12 ounces dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
- Transfer the crumbs to a mixing bowl and add the cream cheese and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and uniform.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze the balls for 15 to 20 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Dip each chilled ball into the melted white chocolate and place them back on the baking sheet.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips and drizzle over the white chocolate-coated Oreo balls.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.

Store the Oreo balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week or freeze for up to three months.
