  • 1 fresh pineapple
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cubed pork tenderloin, pineapple chunks, red onion pieces, and green bell pepper pieces.
  3. In a smaller bowl, whisk together the BBQ sauce, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
