Description

A vibrant and refreshing beverage perfect for summer gatherings, featuring a delightful mix of fresh fruits and citrus.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 4 cups sparkling water
  • Sweetener of choice (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the chopped strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries. Use a wooden spoon to gently muddle the berries just a bit to release their delicious juices.
  2. Add the fresh orange juice and freshly squeezed lemon juice to the pitcher.
  3. If desired, pour in your choice of sweetener and stir gently until it dissolves.
  4. Stir the mixture lightly to combine everything without destroying the fruit pieces.
  5. Just before serving, gently pour in the sparkling water to maintain its bubbles.
  6. Serve in glasses filled with ice, garnishing with fresh mint leaves.
