- 1 package of refrigerated pastry dough
- 2 cups apples (peeled and diced)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- Ice cream (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, then add apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon, cooking until tender (5-7 minutes).
- Roll out pastry dough and cut into 4-inch squares.
- Place a spoonful of the apple mixture and drizzle caramel in the center of each square.
- Fold over the pastry, sealing edges tightly.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm, drizzled with caramel and optionally topped with ice cream.
