Delicious and easy-to-make strawberry crumb bars that are perfect for dessert lovers.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add softened butter and mix until crumbly.
- Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
- In another bowl, combine strawberries, lemon juice, and cornstarch.
- Spread the strawberry mixture over the crust in the pan.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture on top of the strawberries.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- For a sweeter taste, add more sugar to the strawberry mixture.
- These bars can be served warm or cold.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
