- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 1 package (3 oz) strawberry gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed pretzels, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form a crust. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and spread over cooled pretzel crust.
- Dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Fold in sliced strawberries and let cool slightly.
- Pour gelatin mixture over cream cheese layer and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
