Instructions
- Make the Balsamic Glaze: In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine balsamic vinegar and honey (or brown sugar). Stir occasionally until it simmers and reduces to a thick glaze, about 10-15 minutes. Let it cool.
- Assemble the Salad: In a large salad bowl, add baby spinach, then arrange sliced strawberries and blueberries on top.
- Add Toppings: Scatter toasted pecans and sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the salad.
- Dress the Salad: Drizzle balsamic glaze over the salad, toss gently and serve immediately.
Notes
