Description

Delicious bites of spiced apples wrapped in fluffy biscuit dough, perfect for cozy gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of biscuit dough
  • 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar for coating
  • 1 tsp cinnamon for coating

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the diced apples, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1 tsp cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
  3. Flatten a biscuit from the can using your hands or a rolling pin.
  4. Place a generous spoonful of the apple mixture in the center of the flattened biscuit.
  5. Fold the biscuit dough over the filling and seal tightly.
  6. Roll each filled biscuit in melted butter and coat in the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
  7. Arrange the bombs on a lined baking sheet apart from each other.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let them cool slightly before serving warm.

Notes

Make-ahead: Prepare the apple filling a day in advance. Use an air fryer for a crispy outer layer.
