Description

A fun and interactive dessert featuring ripe bananas filled with chocolate chips and marshmallows, wrapped in foil and cooked over a campfire or grill.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup graham crackers (crushed)
  • Aluminum foil (for wrapping)

Instructions

  1. Begin by slicing the bananas lengthwise—be careful not to cut completely through.
  2. Gently peel back the banana skin slightly and stuff with chocolate chips and marshmallows.
  3. Carefully wrap the banana in aluminum foil, sealing it tightly.
  4. Place the wrapped banana over a campfire or grill for about 5-10 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, unwrap with caution, and sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the top.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Customize your fillings with nuts, peanut butter, or a drizzle of caramel for extra flavor. Avoid cutting too deep into the bananas.
