Instructions

- Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl, whisking to blend.
- Mix the dry ingredients into the cream cheese mixture alternately with the milk until just combined.

- Drizzle the melted butter over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and set in the center.
