Description

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl, whisking to blend.
  4. Mix the dry ingredients into the cream cheese mixture alternately with the milk until just combined.
  5. Fold in the sliced bananas gently.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  7. Drizzle the melted butter over the top.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and set in the center.
