Description

Crispy and succulent salmon bites coated in a rich and creamy sauce with a hint of heat, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust for spice level)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a medium mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
  2. Toss the salmon pieces in the sauce until evenly coated and let sit for a few minutes.
  3. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking oil.
  4. Place the salmon bites in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and flaking easily.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.

Notes

Try using an air fryer for a healthier option or bake them at 400°F for about 10-12 minutes.
