Instructions
- Combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a medium mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Toss the salmon pieces in the sauce until evenly coated and let sit for a few minutes.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking oil.
- Place the salmon bites in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and flaking easily.
- Remove from heat and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
