Instructions
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water.
- Combine the cooled pasta, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and bell pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Dress the salad by whisking together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
