Description

A delightful blend of blackened shrimp and creamy Alfredo sauce, served over fettuccine pasta for a comforting and flavorful meal.

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons blackened seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Begin by boiling a large pot of salted water. Cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions until al dente. Afterward, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the Oil: In a large skillet, pour in the olive oil and set the heat to medium. Let the oil warm up until it shimmers.
  3. Cook the Shrimp: Add the shrimp to the skillet and sprinkle with blackened seasoning, coating each piece evenly. Cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
  4. Combine with Pasta: Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and gently toss to mix the shrimp and pasta.
  5. Pour the Alfredo Sauce: Once combined, pour in the Alfredo sauce and stir until all ingredients are well-coated.
  6. Season: Taste your dish and season with salt and pepper as needed.
  7. Serve and Garnish: Dish out into bowls and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
