Description

Delightfully savory poppers filled with creamy brie and sweet blueberries, offering a perfect balance of flavor and heat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 jalapeños, halved and seeds removed
  • 1 cup brie cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the brie cheese, cream cheese, honey, blueberries, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture, mounding it slightly.
  4. Place the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with cilantro if desired.
  6. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until jalapeños are tender and cheese is bubbly.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Make ahead and store in the fridge for baking later. These poppers can also be prepared in an air fryer for a quicker option.
