- 1 lb Breakfast Sausage
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 2 cups Hash Browns
- 10 Egg Roll Wrappers
- Vegetable or Canola Oil, for frying
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes until crispy.
- Scramble the eggs in the same skillet for 3-4 minutes until fluffy.
- Mix the cooked sausage, scrambled eggs, cheese, and hash browns in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll each egg roll wrapper with about 2-3 tablespoons of filling, sealing the edges with water.
- Fry the rolls in hot oil at 350°F (175°C) for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm with dipping sauces.
