Description

Delicious breakfast egg rolls filled with savory sausage, fluffy scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, and crispy hash browns.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Breakfast Sausage
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups Hash Browns
  • 10 Egg Roll Wrappers
  • Vegetable or Canola Oil, for frying
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes until crispy.
  2. Scramble the eggs in the same skillet for 3-4 minutes until fluffy.
  3. Mix the cooked sausage, scrambled eggs, cheese, and hash browns in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roll each egg roll wrapper with about 2-3 tablespoons of filling, sealing the edges with water.
  5. Fry the rolls in hot oil at 350°F (175°C) for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve warm with dipping sauces.

Notes

Make-ahead tips: Freeze assembled egg rolls for quick breakfasts later. Air fry for a healthier option.
