Description

Delicious and crispy broccoli fritters that serve as a perfect snack or side dish, bursting with flavor and nutrients.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Combine the chopped broccoli, shredded cheese, all-purpose flour, eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl until well mixed.
  2. Heat a splash of oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  3. Drop dollops of the mixture into the skillet and gently flatten with the back of the spoon to form fritters.
  4. Cook until golden brown and crispy, about 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
  5. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite dips.
