- Pinch of salt
- Shredded coconut for rolling (optional)
Instructions
- Blend the grated carrots, pitted dates, chopped walnuts, rolled oats, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a pinch of salt into your food processor until sticky.
- Form about a tablespoon of the mixture into a ball approximately 1 inch in diameter.
- Optional: Roll each ball in shredded coconut if desired.
- Chill the bliss balls in an airtight container for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
