Description

A visually stunning dessert featuring layers of creamy cheesecake, fresh strawberries, and blueberries between delicate ladyfingers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 package of ladyfingers or cake cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep the cream cheese mixture: In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Whip the cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Layer your ingredients: In a trifle dish or cups, layer the whipped cream mixture, ladyfingers, sliced strawberries, and blueberries.
  4. Continue the layers: Repeat the layering process until ingredients are used up, finishing with berries on top.
  5. Chill before serving: Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Notes

You can prepare the trifle a day in advance. Allowing flavors to mingle overnight enhances the overall taste.
