Description

Ingredients

  • 1 bag hashbrowns
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 2 cups Doritos (crushed)
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, and drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream until well combined.
  4. Combine hashbrowns, beef mixture, and half of the shredded cheese in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly into a greased baking dish.
  6. Top with remaining shredded cheese and crushed Doritos.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until cheese is golden and bubbling.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
