Description

Delightfully cheesy rolls filled with jalapeños and cream cheese, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup jalapeños, diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the flour, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Mix gently until a sticky dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Slice the dough into strips or squares.
  6. Roll each piece into a log and pinch the seams to secure the filling.
  7. Arrange the rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Cool slightly before serving.
