Ingredients

- 100g All-Purpose Flour
- 100g Sourdough Starter
- 50g Cocoa Powder
- 100g Water
- 50g Sugar
Instructions
- Combine 100g all-purpose flour, 50g cocoa powder, and 50g sugar in a mixing bowl, whisking until well blended.
- Add 100g of active sourdough starter and 100g of water to the mixture, blending until smooth.
- Cover the bowl with a clean cloth and let it sit at room temperature for 12-24 hours.
- Use when the starter appears bubbly and doubled in size.
Notes
Store any unused starter in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. For longer storage, freeze for up to three months.
