Description

Fluffy, buttery biscuit bites coated in cinnamon sugar for a delightful treat that evokes nostalgia.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a medium bowl until combined.
  3. Roll biscuit dough into small balls, about a tablespoon each.
  4. Dip each dough ball in melted butter to coat generously.
  5. Roll each buttered ball in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until evenly coated.
  6. Place the coated dough balls on a lined baking sheet, leaving space between them.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Make ahead by preparing the dough a day in advance and refrigerating it. Try using flavored butter for an extra layer of taste.
