Description

Roasted Brussels sprouts elevating your dinner table with a sweet and tangy citrus glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
  3. Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Drizzle with orange marmalade and toss to coat before serving.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes. Serve these sprouts as a side or a centerpiece dish.
