Description

A delightful classic pea salad with fresh peas, crispy bacon, and a creamy dressing that elevates any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups sweet green peas, fresh or frozen
  • 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, toss together the peas, crumbled bacon, diced red onion, and cheddar cheese.
  2. Prepare the dressing: In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and Greek yogurt until smooth.
